Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original luxury packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
